Customers are welcome to contact us regarding preorder production timelines and estimated delivery dates. We are happy to provide updates and answer questions regarding the status of your order.

However, we kindly ask that customers review all preorder timelines before contacting us, as estimated production and shipping times are clearly stated on each product page. Excessive inquiries regarding preorder timelines may delay our ability to assist all customers efficiently.

Premade Items

Premade products are typically shipped within 3–10 business days after purchase. Shipping times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order updates and shipping announcements may be posted through our Instagram page, @amourdevon, as well as on our website when applicable.

Please note that orders are generally processed and shipped on designated business days throughout the week.

PREORDER ITEMS (PROCESSING & SHIPPING)

Certain products sold by Amour Devon may be offered as preorders. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the production and fulfillment timeline stated on the product page.

Before completing a preorder purchase, customers are required to review and accept our Terms & Conditions. Shipping estimates and production timelines are provided both on the product listing and within the order confirmation email.

Preorder items require manufacturing and production before shipment. As a result, delivery times will be longer than those of premade products.

Final Sale Policy


All purchases made through Amour Devon are considered final.

Due to the limited nature of many releases and the production commitments associated with preorder items, cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks will not be accepted once an order has been placed.

To maintain efficient operations and ensure product availability for all customers, Amour Devon does not accept returns, refunds, or size exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded due to incorrect size selection or ordering mistakes.
